We enforce environmental laws and advocate for the transformation of public policy, public opinion and the marketplace to restore and protect the environment and safeguard public health. PennFuture advances effective solutions for the problems of pollution, sprawl and global warming; mobilizes citizens; crafts compelling communications; and provides excellent legal services and policy analysis.

Lourdes Swarts has more than 20 years of experience in working with world celebrities and with providing speakers for any event. Twenty-First Century Speakers (TFCS) was established in New York City in the mid-1990s, with the goal of matching non-profit organizations with leading authorities for their programs. With Lourdes as its first President, the bureau branched out to serving as agents for both professional speakers and celebrities, and dealing with governments, intergovernmental bodies, universities, and corporations. Lourdes has traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia, and the Americas in accompanying and caring for world leaders addressing her client's programs. Lourdes Swarts, a native of Brazil, is married to Dr. Frederick Allen Swarts, an author and scholar. They are the parents of four school age children and reside in rural Northeastern Pennsylvania.
