As noted in the original announcement, “FMCSA will initially consider funding for applications submitted on or before September 15, 2009. After each of those applications has been reviewed and funding awarded, applications submitted thereafter will be considered on a case-by-case basis, if any HP funding remains available.” At this time, approximately $2 million of FY 2010 High Priority grant funds have not yet been awarded, and are hereby announced for competitive application.
