I’d like to spend the next 10 minutes sharing with you what the DCNR Bureau of Recreation and Conservation is doing to “Green” the Community Conservation Partnership Grant Program, specifically how the Bureau defines green and sustainable park projects, and what we are looking for in grant applications that include acquisition, planning or development of a site.
