City of Flagstaff: An ARRA Brownfield Cleanup Success

An EPA Brownfields grant funded by the Recovery Act helped Flagstaff, Arizona to clean up a toxic site in a river channel, allowing the city to install flood control measures and build a downtown transportation hub.
