Colleyville, Texas, located in NE Texas in Tarrant County is a community of 19,000 citizens. The proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2011 is balanced and in accordance with state law City Charter and ordinances. Due to their strong Fund Balances, they are meeting those challenges and focusing on a strategic vision that aligns municipal resources with community needs Quality of life issues such as public safety street maintenance leisure services and economic development are consistent themes in the strategic points adopted by the City Council.
